Workmanship
Items installed by JTEK at customers facility will have a 1 year workmanship warranty on products starting from the invoice date. Shipping Costs Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested in which the cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer.

Manufacturer Warranty
Most of all JTEK product have a "Manufacture Warranty" covered by either JTEK or the Manufacture. Since most all parts that JTEK sells is of a "Industrial Application" the time of warranty is typically only 30 days. Some Manufactures like "Sony" have up to a 3 year warranty for workmanship.
